We are dedicated to providing excellent medical care, as well as an outstanding patient experience. We are proud to share these remarks from our patients.
She changed my mind about Physical Therapy. Why? She is a natural teacher. She works with an excellent team of happy, energetic, and involved therapists. Leanne, however, is the center of this brilliant team. She takes on the principal task of teaching and supporting as she designs incremental work-outs, leading to results that changes lives.
I will miss you Leanne
Haval Rasheed lights up the gym with his unique style of teaching. I often hear him using metaphors to help a patient understand the exercise by comparing it to an activity quite different from the "20 reps, 3-times a day" instruction I had experienced in an earlier PT disaster.
Haval has a vivid imagination, using this creative approach to physical therapy, in a world built on science. Also, he has a sense of humor built on his intelligence, and uses this talent to help us relax and concentrate.
I will miss you Haval
Dear Dr. Fleeter
Now, thanks to you, I can:
Paint my toenails
Put on my bathing suit without sitting down
Sit in a chair without having my left leg stick out halfway into a room
Get up when falling into the mud cleaning a drainage ditch in front of my house
Go down a staircase facing forwards
Trust that when I step on my left leg, it will hold me and not give away or lock up
Stand up from sitting in a chair without rocking back and forth repeatedly to gain momentum
Thanks to your care and skill, I can maintain my independence and continue swimming, and going about causing trouble.
I just wanted to write and thank you, Rachel, Melanie, and Jade for helping me over the past several months with the physical therapy required after my October 2017 shoulder surgery. The kindness and positive reinforcement you all extended to me, made a difficult time very tolerable. You are all true professionals and an asset to Town Center Orthoapedics. I will miss seeing you a couple times a week!
Thank you, and enjoy your spring
I wanted to thank you for giving me my mobility back for a full and active life. You replaced my hip in May 2016, and after a few months of rehabilitation, I was able to return to my fitness classes, golf, and most importantly, keep up with my grandkids. I really appreciate the calls leading up to my surgery in getting a handle on my blood issues.
With warmest regards,
I had a baby boy 2 weeks ago, and thanks to Dr. Pateder, I get to stay up all night holding him. I can hold him for hours, not minutes. I get to do all the things other parents get to do. I am forever grateful, and so are my wife and son! Back surgery is scary, but you're in good hands with Dr. Pateder!
Dr. Miller did an open reduction for a distal radial fracture of my right wrist. I was very pleased with everything about this experience. The surgery and my recovery went well. His PA, Maddy, was a gem! Denise, who did my physical therapy, was also awesome. Highly recommend this group!
I would like to compliment the very professional physical therapy staff at your Centreville Office. From the warm greeting and smile from your administrator/scheduler JoDee, to working with physical therapist Chris Drew, and staff members Mike and John, my experience was nothing but superb. At the start, I knew I was in good hands, as Chris carefilly assessed my situation, and in a collaborative manner, mapped out a rehabilitation regiment. Chris encouraged feedback and made real time changes during the six weeks, ensuring the therapy was both challenging and efficacious. The team helped every step of the wat at each session.
Again, please pass on my thanks to the aforementioned staff members. JoDee, Chris, Mike, and John made my recovery a very positive experience.
Dear Dr. Clop,
I don't know if you truly know how much I appreciate all you have done for me through the years of being your patient. You have truly kept me going and moving, literally! I just wanted to let you know I thank you so very much for working with me to feel better. You truly take your time and help the patients that see you! You are very talented at your skill!
Thank you so much for all you do!
Dear Dr. Thomas Fleeter,
Just a note to say "thank you" for referring me to physical therapy. The right knee is pain-free again. I am light on my feet again.
I am writing in reference to Monique in your billing department.
Her attitude has always put me at ease knowing I could count on her to assist me with what was on the statement and compare it to my insurance explanation of benefits. In addition, she was also concerned about how you were healing and if you had any other questions she could assist you with.
I appreciate all Monique has done for me.
Your words of encouragement and reassurance were greatly appreciated. Thank You!
You're a masterful surgeon, but an even better person.
5 stars for Dr. Reeves and Team. I experienced only professionalism and efficiency from you, Dr. Reeves, and your staff.
I had double knee replacement surgery March 14, 2016. July 7, 2016 (4 months), I biked 9 miles (round trip) to Sleeping Bear National Park in Michigan, and climbed 2 sand dunes.
The appointments and follow up, prior to my surgery and afterwards, could not have been handled any more efficiently. Thank you Jasmin and team, and thank you Dr. Reeves for enriching my physical quality of Life.
Thanks for all of the care you have given me over the years.
Thank you for taking away my terrible pain and allowing me to enjoy life again!
I wish to call attention to the fine treatment I received from one of your Physical Therapists, Emily Courtney, during the past few months.
She is a professional who really knows what she is doing and helped to rehabilitate my cut tendon in a professional, and yet, very caring way. I felt very important as a patient, but more importantly, felt that she really cared about me as a person as we established a close working relationship to rehabilitate the tendon.
She is a plus to your organization and serves as an excellent liaison between the organization and the clients
Dear Dr. Fleeter,
Words cannot express how grateful I am to you. Thank you for performing both of my hip surgeries in a three week time frame, and for doing such a great job.
You are the best there is in the Orthopaedic field, and I'm blessed to be one of your patients.
Thank You So Much
Dr. Pateder's Team,
In October 2015, I had a cervical fusion performed by Dr. Pateder. I chose his name at random from a list of worker's comp providers. I had been injured in a vehicle accident while on duty. I just want to let you know that I am very glad that I happened upon him and his team. I feel I received the highest level of care throughout my journey.
Having any operation, let alone spine surgery, is a frightening proposition to the average person. Dr. Pateder's confidence and "been there, done that" manner, made me feel so much better about the procedure. His assistant, Lauren, was also top notch, as was everybody I dealt with at Town Center Orthopaedics. No question went unanswered. I continue to get better every day and soon this whole episode will be a distant memory. If anybody asks me, I will most assuredly recommend Town Center Orthopaedics.
Dear Dr. Fleeter,
We don't know how to express our sincere appreciation for what you've done to my mom. You are the best doctor. Again, please accept our deep gratitude to you.
Wishing you good health and good luck!
Just a quick note of thanks. I know you worked a miracle to get me into surgery so soon. I also know that you gave me the best chance that I could have at our son's wedding in Vegas.
Thanks and more thanks for everything!
This card is a bit late, but I wanted to thank you for all your great efforts and getting my knee replaced this past summer.
I'm in total awe of your surgical skills and your "bedside manner" couldn't have been more helpful or comforting over the last few months.
I'm now totally pain free and the "bad" knee is now stronger then the good knee. It still isn't giving me the extra 10 yards off the tee, but I'll take it.
Again, many, many thanks!
I go to these guys every year when I injure myself playing Flag Football. I love their use of technology to process patients with mini laptops to gather patient information. The doctors are very knowledgeable and know that they're doing. Dr. Fleeter and Dr. Reeves have done well for me, for my knee injury, and my recent surgery for my ankle. Surgery was excellent and all the nursing staff kept me well informed with all the details.
Dr. Berg is the kindest and most incredible physician and surgeon I have ever met. There is no way I can relay in words how he, and his assistant, took hold of my serious shoulder injury, and turned things around. My every experience with this practice has been wonderful. I also had a wonderful experience when Dr. Berg performed the carpal tunnel release for my right hand. After this, I had a great experience when Dr. Kartalian eliminated the incredibly painful Morton's neuroma in my left foot. Since I am something of an orthopedic disaster area, there is no place I will get my care for these issues other than Town Center Orthopaedic Associates.
I am reporting that my Tennis game, after 6 months recovery, is good - and I feel great overall. I wish to thank you for your incredible surgery skill and success. I am told, and firmly believe, that you are the very best! I just wanted to be more explicit in expressing my gratitude.
Thank you so very much.
Just a note to say thank you so much for fixing my shoulder! I am back to full strength with golf, and more importantly, I can sleep!
Now, tennis, is another story...might be back one day for my knees!
I have and will always remember your compassion, caring. You are an awesome and incredible surgeon. Your commitment and care far exceed my expectations. Thank you for being you.
Thanks for all you have done for me this past year. You are truly an amazing doctor.
We finished third in Vegas and I played 2nd base, thank you!! I had my last PT today and look forward to improving even more in prep for the spring season.
Dr. Reeves and Dr. Berg were exactly what I was looking for to regain my active lifestyle. Dr. Berg focused on understanding my situation and needs, and helped me to mitigate the arthritis in both of my knees resulting from 30-years of running, snowboarding, and competitive water skiing. When it came time to regain the active lifestyle I was used to, Dr. Reeves focused on a practical solution that called for replacing my right knee. Leveraging advanced materials and prosthetics technology, Dr. Reeves recommended the appropriate knee replacement device, and did an incredible job preparing me for a very successful knee replacement surgery and quick recovery. After 8 weeks I was riding 22+ miles on my bike with my wife, have regained most of my range-of-motion, and am now planning my next snowboarding trip. His knowledge, approach, and follow-up are highly professional, compassionate, and effective! I couldn’t be more pleased!
I’d like to thank Dr. Berg for the excellent job he did on repairing torn meniscus and removing bone spurs in my right knee in 2011. I just got back from a hiking trip where I hiked 50 miles–with 6200 ft. of elevation gain–in 5 days, and my knee did not bother me at all!
Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Dr. Jeffery Berg,
It has been a long process with my shoulder accident. I want to thank you for standing by me to correct the cause of why my shoulder would not heal. Again, Thank you.
J and I would like to thank you again for the successful surgery on our son’s shoulder. He played the infield on a summer adult league and then 2nd base in the fall. This spring came along and he worked his way back out of center field! Thanks again.
J. and C. Family
You must have done a letter perfect job on my wife’s knees. She uses a wide stride with her walker and does very well on our steps. Everyone who saw her walk, just six days after surgery, promptly asked who her surgeon was. Today is her birthday, and we both want to thank you for a brand new pair of knees that work perfectly.
It has been a year since I left your care. The knee that you repaired is doing great. I now run 5 miles 3 times a week, and 10+ miles once a week. I have no pain. I never believed I’d be able to run like this again. So, thank you for your care, your dedication to your work, and the healing your brought to me.
Thank you very much for your quick, expert reaction to my knee infection and for the successful treatment.
C. and C. E.
Thank you so much for accommodating us when we showed up at your Centreville office instead of the Reston office. Because of your kindness, my son was able to take his final exams with no stitches to worry about; you saved the day.
Thank you again for all your help. I surely would not be doing what I honestly love to do if it wasn’t for you. You have been a prominent figure in my life and words can not begin to explain how grateful I am.
Thank you for being there. You gave me something very special – your time – and I will always remember you for it.
Thanks to my two new hip replacements I climbed a 13,000 foot peak.
Thank you for being so kind and helpful to me through all of my visits to the office. I appreciate you.
We are so grateful for the care you gave and the skills you exercised on us.
J. and A. R.
Thanks for making me feel comfortable. Your confidence in a successful outcome helped me through this operation. I am about as pain free as it gets.
Thank you! You are continually in my thoughts, my gratitude is unending.
Thank you for the full and excellent attention you gave to me. You were thorough and clear to myself and my wife. You were excellent with post-op in explaining all your findings – it was a very positive outcome.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. I committed to play softball at Shenandoah University and this would not have been possible if you did not help me. My shoulder feels great and is stronger than ever. The results are all due to your efforts to help me and you did a great job! I have decided to pursue a dual degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Out of this experience I found a career as well.
Thank you for the excellent care you provided me before, during, and after my shoulder surgery. I found the service to be outstanding throughout the process. I cannot imagine there being a more caring and qualified group of people in the medical community.
I appreciate the time, attention, and detail you gave during the visit. I walked away feeling very cared for – what a great doctor!
Thank you so much for making sure I got the best care and returned to work at the right time!
Thank you so much for taking care of me. I really appreciate it, especially on such short notice. I am starting to feel much better and can not wait to get back to school!
Thank you so much for taking care of me. While I was a new patient, I felt right at home with you and your staff. You are an excellent doctor – I really appreciated your professionalism, precision, conservatism, bedside manners, and your forthright manner. I never felt as though I was rushed when I came to visit you, and never felt that I had to be guarded as I sought to understand the procedures, prognosis, and rehabilitation. You are the best!
Thank you so much for your help and for your referring me to an orthopaedic oncologist. It was discovered that I had thyroid cancer which was the reason for the lump in my calf and not a running injury. Thank you for being so brilliant since not many physicians believed or thought it possible that thyroid cancer can migrate to the soft tissue in the leg. I am fully recovered from the cancer. Thank you again!
Thank you so much for “fixing me up”. I am celebrating my second anniversary of my surgery and rehab and wanted you to know I have made a contribution in your names to The Wounded Warrior Project. Thank you again!
My mother and I would like to thank you again for all the special attention you gave her during the treatment of her fracture. Thanks to you, she is recovering in Columbia, with the help of therapy. We were very lucky to have you as her specialist and we know the results would not have been the same without all your special care.
Thank you so much for what you have done for me! You are welcome at my salon anytime! Once again thank you!
Neither verbal nor written accolades can adequately express my gratitude for the care you have all provided me over the last few months. You have performed a minor miracle at the very least, and given me back the gifts of strength in my arms, grip in my hands, increased mobility in my legs, and the best gift of all, an uninterrupted pain-free night of sleep. My most sincere thanks. God bless you!
I cannot thank you enough for performing the minimally invasive procedure on me. You have completely changed my life! It ks so wonderful to walk upright, sit comfortably, sleep at night, and not endure that ever-present pain. None of these things would be possible without our exceptional skill, talent, and expertise.
Thank you again!
Thank you so much for two years free of back trouble!
I cannot thank you enough for the care and consideration of you and your staff. You were not just a typical doctor. You cared and it showed. Please keep your goodness and caring for your patients at the forefront of whatever you do. Take care and thank you!
I want to thank you and your whole team for the excellent care you provided me before, during, and after my shoulder surgery. I cannot imagine there being a more caring and qualified group of people in the medical community. I found the service to be outstanding throughout the process. Once again thank you!
Your attention to my needs as they relate to my hip and well being is much appreciated! I thank you for your professionalism and kindheartedness. You make an awesome team. Once again thank you!
I want to thank you for a wonderful experience that you provided on my recent total knee replacement. I was so pleased with the care I received from everyone. I know I will be needing my other knee replaced and I have no doubt in my mind that I will have it done by Dr. Reeves! Once again thank you!
I consider myself blessed. The replacement has changed my life. I am mobile, pain free and active. I walk and enjoy being active again. Dr. Reeves you are my hero!
You performed surgery on my shoulder which was remarkable. After badly tearing four rotator cuff tendons you fixed me up and I am back playing tennis once again. In fact, I even made it to the semifinals of a very big competitive tennis tournament. I am very grateful!!! Thank you again!
Thank you for everything – for fitting me in this summer, for the excellent shoulder care, and for fielding all my questions with extensive knowledge, experience, and compassion. Thank you again!
You have a “Super Bowl” quality team. We were very impressed and satisfied. I appreciate your briefings of my wife and myself-she is going to be a big part of my recovery. You’re my MVP (Most Valued, sports medicine, Practitioner).
I truly appreciate both your skill as a surgeon and your sensitivity and kindness. You have gotten me through a lot over the past several years and we appreciate you.
J. and A.
I couldn’t be more grateful. I have complete mobility without pain, thanks to Dr. Reeves! After months of continual suffering from arthritis and bone spurs, I finally chose a total, left knee replacement. Not only is Dr. Reeves a brilliant surgeon, but his “bedside manner” made me feel valued as a person; not just a patient. He handled each of my questions with thoroughness, and I never felt rushed. Consequently, I entered the surgery with confidence as well as the recovery process. Thanks again, Dr. Reeves, for restoring quality to my life. I feel ten years younger!
Dr Berg and Jennifer have been great. I couldn’t believe that all my office visits have been on time, as most doctors offices are late by at least 15 minutes. Any time I have called with questions, I have been called back promptly. The entire team has provided exceptional care and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have already recommended TCO to a friend and she agrees that this is one of the best group of Drs and staff she has seen. Keep up the great work!!
Dr. David Miller, the Front Desk and the rest of his staff,
Thank you so much for giving me special attention and care since I’ve become a new patient and for quickly working to fit me into the schedule at short notice due to the allergic reaction I was having. I felt like everyone truly cared and valued me.
I can honestly say that my recent hip replacement exceeded my expectations, and I am so pleased with the outcome. I cannot say enough about Dr. Reeves and his staff. They are professional, understanding and very caring. I would highly recommend him and his associates.
Dear Doctors at TOCA,
Your practice is wonderful and I suggest that you never change. The people in you reception area and the people at your entry and exit are cheerful and efficient. Dr. Reeves is an excellent surgeon. He replaced my right hip and he has given me a new lease on life. Dr. Clop has given me such relief from ‘old age pain’ due to arthritis. I have seen Dr. Pateder only twice. He sent me to Dr. Clop, what great advice! God Bless you all. Since you are all young, I say enjoy your youth!
I love all of the people here, they treat me like family! Thanks everyone for giving me a stress-free recovery. My family and I really appreciate it. I hope you guys all have blessed years to come, and most of all, thank you Dr. Thal for fixing my jacked up shoulders. It has been a long road but I made it!
I’m sure I had the best surgeon for knee replacement, and I am grateful for your superior skills with the procedure. In appreciation for your expertise and support.
I would like to tell you about the fantastic experience I had with Town Center Orthopedic Assoc. I called and got Ebonie. She listened to my story and led me through the appointment and new patient process. She was a wonderful introduction to the practice which gives me high hope for my time with Dr. Miller and his staff.
I was very happy with my visit to Dr. Reeves. His intellect and medical knowledge were easily apparent, and he quickly established my trust. He is obviously a rising star. I will look forward to working with him again in the management of my condition.
Dr. Berg is an excellent doctor with great bed side manner and is willing to explain anything and as many times as it takes for you to understand, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dear Dr. Miller,
Thank you again for the wonderful job you did on my finger. I had no post operative pain, due I’m sure, to your delicate and precise work. I hope you will be seeing my son quite soon.
I would like to nominate Dr. Miller for excellent and full attention to the patient. He was thorough, clear to patient, wife, & relative. HE was excellent post-op, explaining all of findings, and very positive outcome.
Dear Dr. Miller,
Just a little note to say THANK YOU! I want to tell you my hands have been “pain free”! and I can finally sleep at night. Thanks again!
Dear Dr. Miller,
I want to thank you for performing a successful operation on my left hand. I have full mobility with no pain. Such a treat!
We can’t thank you enough for the time, attention, and generosity you put towards Tyler and our family with his recent injury. We can’t tell you how truly grateful we are. We were touched by the fact that you took time out of your personal and professional schedule to treat Tyler.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
the C. family
When looking for a great hand surgeon, with great bedside manner, you are number one on my list. Caring and compassionate towards patients needs. Thank you Dr. Miller!
Thank you for the excellent care you provided on my finger earlier this year when suffering from a dog bite. It was actually a pleasure visiting your office!
Thank you so much for being such a great doctor! Will miss seeing you, but shall definitely see you when the next bone breaks!
A. and V.
Thank you so much for your care. My arm is as good as new!
A note to say thank you!! I will always be grateful to you for rescheduling my shoulder surgery so quickly. It’s been six days since any surgery and already I’m realizing that the extreme pain is gone. Again, I will be forever grateful for your care, concern, and for your quick actions on my behalf.
Thank you so, so much for your ever present care and concern for my mother, sister, and aunt. We all feel that you are a great healer of people!
I just wanted to tell you how incredibly grateful I am for your very kind and generous help over the past few weeks. I cannot find words to express how much I appreciate everything you’ve done, but the best words I have are the biggest thank you in the world, Dr. Clop!
Today is the 1st anniversary of your surgery on my right shoulder. Thank you very much for your skills as a surgeon, your concerns, and care as a physician.
Dr. Raymond Thal, Nicki Ferramosca, and Jesse Lewis,
Thank you! My broken clavicle (collar bone) is like new, and I couldn’t be happier thanks to all of you and your supporting staff. It may seem that I’m a bit tardy writing this thank you and reference letter, but if you recall, my mountain bike accident occurred over 16 months ago immediately followed by repair surgery performed by Dr. Thal, and a couple months of physical therapy led by Nicki and Jesse.
This past weekend I participated in the Reston Triathlon, my 18th time. Last year I did it with the agreement that I would not race it, rather I had finished it – ride carefully, take in the view, and really enjoy it. No race wheels, no aero bars, just fun! On Sunday, I raced it. I swam my third fastest time ever. That’s the testimonial I was waiting for! In my opinion, not bad for being a young 50 years.
Again, I want to thank Dr. Thal, Nicki Ferramosca, Jesse Lewis, and the entire staff at the Town Center Orthopaedic Associates and Physical Therapy. You fixed me like brand new!
Hello! I just wanted to let you know that my hubby and I took my first big outing yesterday (I’ll be 9 weeks post-op tomorrow) to go antiquing in Middleburg and Leesburg. As you know, it’s filled with uneven cobblestone and brick walls, inclines and declines, and steps into the shops. At one point I stopped in my tracks and my husband said, “Oh! What’s wrong?”. I said “I’m walking pain free for the first time in decades!”. The joy almost brings me to tears! I am so thankful to have found such a skilled and caring surgeon. So blessed to have had such a good outcome with both knees. I’m excited to get my life back and to be able to enjoy our grandson fully when he arrives in 5 weeks!
It has been six months since you replaced my left knee. It is unbelievable how my life has changed since the oepration. I can finally walk standing up straight! What a thrill that is! You did a terrific job on the knee and I want to thank you very much.
Dr. Thal, Melissa, and the entire staff are amazing. I was very anxious prior to my appointment given the potential circumstances of my injury and previous experiences I have had with other are doctors regarding my injury. The demeanor, compassion, and support of the entire staff, made a tremendous impression while relieving a good deal of stress regarding my condition. Dr Thal and Melissa have fantastic bedside manners and an honest professionalism that is not often seen these days in the medical profession. It is a true privilege to have had this team (doctors and staff together) taking care of me. Thank you all so very much.
Each day as I experience renewed ability to walk and engage in more physical activities, I appreciate even more the hip replacement surgery you performed on my left hip in January, 2013, utilizing the anterior approach. What follows is a description of my experience with you and your staff:
You, Dr. Reeves, offer a warm and informal consultation with your patients, not being hesitant to humanize what might be a daunting event for them. While my experience has been that some professionals, medical and otherwise, seem to have a need to create a mystical aura about them, you have not done that. Your attitude, medical results, work ethic, level of patient care, and personal warmth, demonstrate your medical expertise beyond question.
Your staff pays attention. Staff members have been responsive, competent, and pleasant in my dealings with them.
In two days, I left the hospital, walking better, and feeling better than I recall from my prior experience. I had no pain and needed no pain medications.
Within a week of surgery, I was walking without as so much as a cane, my balance was good, and there was no pain! My physical therapists were impressed at the progress of my recovery.
Now, eight months following surgery, I am grateful each day for my ability to walk, exercise, and move freely without pain or concern that I cannot do something I want to do.
Thank you Dr. Reeves, for you skill and level of patient care that is a credit to the medical profession and a wonderful benefit to your patients. If my experience is any example, your work changes lives!
With kind regards,
I really don’t think there is a better doc and medical assistant duo on the planet than Dr. Berg and Jenn. I have worked in health care my entire adult life and have never been as impressed with the care I have observed with this team and Town Center Ortho.
Dear Dr. Kartalian,
I just wanted to let you know that I followed your advice and did not get a cortisone shot in my heal last year.
Last April, I had a lot of foot pain from a plantar fasciitis in my left heel. As a tennis player, I was quite frustrated with the lack of results of physical therapy and not being able to play. I couldn’t even walk long distances. However, I kept up with the exercises recommended by the therapists and after a while was able to play doubles. By July, I was able to play singles. Now I am pretty much pain free, but still do the stretches every morning and after I play.
So, thank you. I appreciate your excellent work, and kudos to the physical therapy staff.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Berg and you and all the other people at Town Center Orthopaedic Associates for what has been a very satisfying experience from the original diagnosis to the surgery and post-surgery care and physical therapy.
Dear Dr. Fleeter:
Once again I am writing you a thank you note.
I have relied on you for years to “fix” me; Hand, heel, elbow, both knees, and so on. You always have. I have complete and total trust in you, and it is justified. Every time you have treated me my pain level has decreased and my quality on life has increased. Thank you.
Now, fast forward to my daughter. You fixed her knee once, you helped identify her digestive problem, which has made a tremendous difference in her young life, and just a few weeks ago you saw her to diagnose her knee yet again. This time, since her insurance was not valid, you made us a gift of your time and skill. For that I can only say “Thank You” and assure you that we will be eternally grateful.
At the risk of sounding overly sentimental, I am so very fortunate to be under the care of a phenomenal surgeon, doctor, and lovely human being.
It was nice to see you at my last follow-up. I really appreciate the great job you and your staff have done. The PT Department was excellent as well. It’s wonderful to be pain free and be able to move my arm again. You know, it’s the little things…
A belated, yet sincere, thank you for the outstanding service I received at your office. Everyone from the front desk, to you and your clinical staff, were respectful and professional.
My best, with thanks,
Dear Dr. Berg,
Many thanks for your great skills and kindness to my mother. Words cannot describehow happy she is (and I am too) that she can walk now without pain in her knee. You are a wonderful, professional human being, and a doctor!
Thank you again and again!
I.C. & G.C.
