Julie Eberly, PT, DPT

Julie Eberly, PT, DPT, received her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware in 1993 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2009. After practicing sports medicine and orthopedics for 16 years in the Baltimore area, she moved to Northern VA in 2009. Her professional interests include: post-operative orthopedics; shoulder, knee and ankle injuries; the spine and sacroiliac joint. She has more than 10 years experience in the specialty of custom orthotic evaluation and prescription.

Julie incorporates both manual techniques and exercised-based approach in treating her patients. She has completed all the advanced manual therapy courses sponsored by The University of St. Augustine. In addition, she has regularly participated as an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students for more than 10 years.

Personal interests include spending time with friends, family and her Golden Retriever. Julie is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
